Five brands focusing on natural health, immunity, supplements, and longevity built upon each other: The Longevity Now Conference, The Women’s Wellness Conference, The Longevity Warehouse, Jing Soda and Longevity Coffee.

 The Women’s Wellness Conferences

Following the massive success of The Longevity Now® Conference, The Women’s Wellness™ Conference was created to focus on women’s health. This was the first large-scale, in-person health event dedicated to women and their health. I was involved with 5 conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Wrote and created compelling conference ticket sales pages and email campaigns to hit targeted sales goals of 10k tickets annually.

  • Wrote, created, and updated the Wordpress Website and multiple sales pages.

  • Oversaw the Graphic Design Team to create ad banners, affiliate banners, booth design, conference program, display banners, slideshow slides, and much more.

  • Liaison with Affiliate Partners and Speakers. Worked closely with the Conference Founders, Purchasing Department, and Social Media Team. Managed up to 125 people during conference season.

  • Created Ebooks and digital programs after the conference was completed to sell to participants and non-participants.

  • Wrote and created compelling digital streaming replays sales pages to sell the replays once the conference had ended.

  • Created and maintained a vast storage system of professional conference photos.

 

 The Longevity Warehouse®

The first online superfood superstore, the Longevity Warehouse helped bring superfoods and superherbs into the mainstream.

Responsibilities:

  • Wrote and created compelling email campaigns to hit targeted sales goals on physical & digital products, as well as educate the consumer about health and wellness. Email conversion rate average (direct revenue attribution) was +43.7%. Average Open Rate 28.1%. Average Click Through Rate 1.29%.

  • Developed seasonal sales offers and new product launches from conception to completion.

  • Wrote and created over 300 articles for the Wordpress blog to create an educational resource for the customers, including original infographics and banners.

  • Wrote product descriptions using FDA-appropriate language, created new pages, and updated the Magento Website.

  • Oversaw the Graphic Design Team to create ad banners, affiliate banners, conference booth design, product banners, sale banners, new product labels, and Ebooks.

  • Worked closely with the Founders, Purchasing Department, Social Media Team, Customer Support Team, and Affiliate partners to ensure everyone was working together and keeping the branding and voice on point. Managed up to 20 people.

  • Wrote 30+ Ebooks and digital programs to sell that were based on the work and teachings of David Wolfe.

  • Created individual sales pages to sell digital programs and Ebooks on Longevity Warehouse owned Wordpress sites as well as for Affiliate partner’s sites.

  • Ranked in the top 100 fastest growing companies of 2010.

  • Met and exceeded all targeted sales goals by 10+% each year.

Dubbed ‘The World’s Healthiest Coffee’ Longevity Coffee was created at the beginning of the biohacker coffee movement as a low acid, organic, low chlorogenic acid, toxin-free coffee choice.

  • Wrote and created marketing collateral for the Longevity Coffee retail location.

  • Built brand to more than 2M in it’s first year. Expanded in second year to open a retail establishment that profited more than 50% above its sales goal.

  • Developed seasonal sales offers and new product launches from conception to completion.

  • Oversaw the Graphic Design Team to create ad banners, affiliate banners, conference booth design, product banners, sale banners, new product labels, and Ebooks.

  • Exceeded 1M sales during first year and 58% revenue increase in second year.
